We launched our independent advice and support service in Spring 2014. Together we have a wide range of experience in the field of early years. Our ethos demonstrates our commitment to sharing our knowledge and experience with provision based in Brighton, Hove and across Sussex. National support is available by arrangement. We want our business to evolve with you - we believe that ‘word of mouth’ and recommendation will ensure our service grows and develops into a butterfly too! Through social media we will keep you fully informed allowing you time to get to know us and demonstrate our professional approach.

In January 2015 we joined National Early Years Trainers and Consultants – NEYTCO. As members we are committed to a Code of Conduct and adhere to professional integrity this means that we -

  • Strive for excellence in all that we do
  • Put clients’ interests first, doing whatever it takes to serve them to the highest possible standards at all times
  • Establish, maintain and develop business relationships based on confidence, trust and respect
  • Remain accountable for our actions
  • Disclose any personal interest which may affect our decisions
  • Safeguard confidential information and not seek personal advantage from it
  • Act only within our level of competence and seek support if asked to act beyond our current level of capability
